Linda Olson, Director of Quality Assurance

Linda is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Manager. She has over 25 years experience in large and small systems-related projects in both the commercial and public sectors. She has 15 years Federal Program experience, 20 years program management experience, and 10 years of Quality Assurance experience and 10 years consulting experience in the healthcare industry. She is a lead ISO auditor, an expert in SEI CMMI deployment and ITIL standards. Linda has extensive experience in independent verification and validation (IV&V), risk management and process improvement. She brings a process oriented focus to DSH Mgmt Solutions, LLC and ensures that all customer deliverables comply with stringent standards.
