Francis Randol, Director of Clinical Analysis and Administrative Services

Ms. Randol, BSN, RN brings over 35 years of healthcare industry experience to DSH Mgmt Solutions, LLC. With over 20 years of “hands-on” experience as an OR/ICU and Surgical nurse, she has the practical care-giving skill set that enables her to provide the critical clinical perspective to an organization that relies heavily on understanding this aspect of healthcare as it applies to Medicaid eligibility and SSI entitlement.

As the Manager of Administration for RFG Associates, she has coordinated data acquisition and integration issues for all matters of expert witness engagements, managed diverse staff in the completion of organizational and audit functions and served in a number of litigation support functions including deposition preparation and scheduling, review of transcripts and drafting of position papers on judicial pre-trial hearings and post-trial statement of facts and law.
