1. Member participation in a Medicare Advantage plan

2. The existence of a Medicare Secondary Payer
   a. Which payer it is, the effective date of payer participation and the type of payer
3. Medicare deductible status
   a. Whether or not a Medicare member has or has not met their annual inpatient deductible; and
   b. If they have a balance remaining on the deductible for that year
4. Lifetime reserve days status
   a. The current balance of the lifetime reserve days
5. Medicare Part A eligibility start date, and, in rare occurrences, the end date
6. Medicare Part B eligibility start date, and co-insurance
7. Many additional data elements
